Due to a system maintenance, job throwing is currently suspended.

Closing time for job throwing: 16:30 May 22, 2013

Currently processed jobs are still running after the time and will be completed normally.

Viewing and download the past results are possible during the suspended period.

The job thrown intervals are updated.

One user can not throw the own next job after throwing one job, until the automatically set job throwing interval time is arrived.

Job size below 100 kbp: 1 min.

Job size between 100 kbp and 1 Mbp: 5 min.

Job size between 1 Mbp and 5 Mbp: 30 min.

Job size between 5 Mbp and 10 Mbp: 300 min.

Job size between 10 Mbp and 25 Mbp: 600 min.

Job size between 25 Mbp and 50 Mbp: 1,200 min.

Job size between 50 Mbp and 100 Mbp: 3,000 min.

Job size over 100 Mbp: 12,000 min.

Due to the scheduled maintenance of the power supply to the MiGAP server at National Institute of Genetics, MiGAP service will be suspended as following schedule.

Closing time for job throwing: 17:00 March 7 (Thursday), 2013.

The above closing time may be set ahead in case a lot of jobs are existing to be processed.

Forced termination time for unfinished jobs: 17:00 March 8 (Friday), 2012.

Any unfinished jobs are forced to be terminated after the above time.

Restart time for job throwing: 10:00 March 11 (Monday), 2013.

Browsing and downloading services of old pipeline annotation results that had been processed in the old replaced supercomputer until February 2012, are now available for the owners of the results. Please use your DBCLS OpenID to enter the system, "MiGAP OLD". In the MiGAP OLD, a new job can not be thrown. Please click the entrance button "LOGIN THE OLD PIPELINE" on the MiGAP home page.
